Technical sales manager

Missions
- Discussing the wishes and needs of the potential clients and interpreting the architect's plans.
- On the basis of the collected information, drawing up a relevant offer with the correct pricing.
- Meticulous follow-up of the quotations sent until the contract is signed.
- Maintaining relations with a number of our regular clients who wish to undertake new projects with us.
- Contacting all parties involved (client, architect, contractor, etc.) for all technical and commercial questions regarding the offer.
- Receiving potential clients in the showroom and providing them with the necessary information.
- Starting up the project after signing the contract and following it up together with the business manager.
- Visits on site for complex projects
Who are we looking for?
- Preferably you have a higher technical degree or equivalent through experience
- Good knowledge of Dutch and French. English is an asset
- Good skills with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe
- Experience in the construction sector and more specifically with exterior joinery and/or sun blinds is a plus
- Experience with ReynaPro or similar quotation software is a plus
- You have very good communication skills
- You have a natural power of persuasion and a target-oriented attitude
- You are motivated, a proactive person and can plan your tasks autonomously
- You document all the steps in the sales process with the necessary accuracy
- You can adopt a flexible attitude and feel at home in a rapidly changing environment
